Answered, as I do sometimes just to see what scam the callers running, even though I did not recognize the area code. Upon saying hello I was greeted not by a person but rather some "dance party" music. I waited for someone to start talking but no one did so I hung up

Left a message in Spanish about getting news if I call back to that number. Blocked it! They may try to collect a very high perminute rate if you call.
