Still out there calling from this number! I just got a call... Kaplan, you say, huh? I have made arrangements with Kaplan and sticking to them.... I wonder why they'd call me? I'm NOT calling them back, that's for sure!

They did leave a message and identified who they were. I must have a recycled number. Did not know who they were looking for. They said they would update their records. Time will tell if I get a call back or not.
They are located in Massachusetts (978) but also have a Louisiana (504) number. How sneaky!
The msg states they are looking for mr but, I do not owe Kapplan University or University of Phoenix anything as I graduate in the mid 70's the female voice does not identify herself or the company she is representing it's just an annoying voice so, I hang up the telephone. When I call someone I state my name and the purpose of my call and then asked for whomever I wish to speak with, unless the person that answers the telephone is able to help me.
I have gotten at least 5 calls a day at my job from this number. Usually no one answers. Today a young woman answered, said she is calling on behalf of Paypal and needed to verify my address and telephone number. When I told her that #1 she was calling a place of business that is on a national do not call registry and that is harrassment and # 2, everyone knows that Paypal doesn't have 3rd party calls requesting to verify information, she got really nasty and said that wasn't true, she is calling for Paypal and I told her do not call again and hung up. I called Paypal to verify and they said it's a scam, they are trying to get personal information to send me junk.
