1) As you can see, I investigated that company myself, and it seems to be rather marginal.
2) My bills are automatically paid from my bank accounts
3) The previous posters have denied owing that company money.
So, who is posting lies and making unwarranted assumptions?
Since you so called investigated this company, it shows that you are not a good investigator. And I wouldn't hire you! Company has different domain. infinityassetmanagement.net. So investigate that Slim who apparently don't have a job
No one is asking about how you pay your bills. Did you get a call from the company? As for the comments about people saying they don't owe the company any money that's what people say who don't want to pay their bills. You must really be bored to do all that research on a company you didn't get a call from. I thought the company name was Infinity Asset Management not Infinity Access Management. When you do your research next time make sure the name of the company is correct.
Many of us participate in these forums to expose scams and illegal activities to those who are not aware of their rights and what debt collectors can and cannot do. Threatening arrest over a debt is illegal and proof positive the so called collection agency is nothing but a pack of criminals. The only two non-shill or information posts in this thread both stated they were threatened with arrest. The only people who would search on this number and make posts like yours are those in the employ of this company trying to deflect just criticisms.
