This place is a SCAM!!! They have very poor english and call from numerous different numbers sayting the same exact thing. When they call from one number for a while and realize their threats are nothing to you, eventually they will use a different number leaving the same exact message as the lady stated above. The number is 504-229-6262. People, please look up your states attorney general number, or the website. Look at collection practices laws. Anybody who threatens you, curses at you, most likely is not ligit. A real place must give you proof of your debt in writing. Please know that anybody can get your bank account info and read it off to you. They may also know your social or the last 4 digits. You cannot be arrested, nor can a warrant be issued for your arrest. Take this advice from somebody who actually got scammed out of money in 2008, and since then it will NEVER happen again. Do you research! Somebody may call saying they are from a law firm, or that they are an investigator etc.......DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you go throwing your money away and collect all info on your "apparent debt"......
This S.O.B. (David Miller) had the nerve to call my employer asking for me saying "it's an emergency". My super visor gave me the message and got to witness the call. When David got on the phone; he asked me how I was. When I told him I was mad that he called me at work claiming a emergency; he hung up.

I received a phone call today at 12:46pm for you from a Jeff Thomas, hotline to his division is 504-229-6262.
He states he needs you or your attorney of record to return this call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. Don’t disregard this message. Return the call now. If you don’t return the call or if he doesn’t hear from your attorney, he can only wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you.
Called my employer, this is the email, my supervisor sent me today. I do not want to get in trouble. I called them back to tell them to not call me, and they hang up when I question what its about... im so confused
