Annoying man that disrespects
a business protocol. He kept calling for two weeks and wouldn't set an appointment ahead of time as our policy demands. When he finally did set a date and time, a call was made to him on the day of the massage and he wasn't even close to the building. Two weeks prior to this incident, he was told of the location. A time waster that acts like a jerk. We don't take walkins and he knew this up front.
