Is it some kind of scam?

This number calls my cell about twice a day and there is nothing on the other end. Any help appreciated.

calling me once/twice a day, noone on the other end. unfortunately, no idea why.

It's Cox Cable calling about your bill.

dont think its cox although their automated message certainly said so. this has to be a scam: a. i dont owe them anything, b. even when i have previously they never called me about it c. no business calls over and over and hangs up on you until you finally get a random message with no account info and instructions to call back for no reason- just cheap war dialing software and local scam artists.
