Who called from 5043223638

At 11:10 a.m I received a telephone call from this number.  It showed up private call.  I was reluctant to answer it but did.  There was total silence on the other end.

Just got a call from 504-322-3638 and no voice mail and when I tried to call it back it was disconnected or no longer in service.

This was at 9:32 AM Central Time

Someone called me from this number stating that I can get a free digital camera and a vacation for only 1.95.  Too good to be true.  I tried calling the number back and it's not in service.  After I told them I was not interested in their scam, they continued to call my phone repeatedly.  Suspect:  If this was legitimate, why would they keep calling if I tell them I am not interested and if I don't answer the call.  Their skits goes something like this, hi my name is so and so and I am calling from Apex Service, we are a member of the Better Business Bureau yada yada ,....................WhATEVER

Someone just called my cell from this number, too. He asked for the home owner, I said that was me. He said he was from some debt assistance company and noticed I had credit card debt. I informed him that all of my phones are on the national do not call list, and my credit information is blocked unless I give specific permission to access it. He said "who gave you this false information ma'am?" and repeated that three times getting louder and louder. I raised my voice in return and told him that I personally did all of this. He repeated it again, almost screaming at me. I said "let me get this straight. you are a telemarketer calling MY phone and yelling at ME?" He screamed "yes ma'am I am!" twice before I told him f you and hung up. I'm sure I'll get another call soon...
