I've received several calls and they're all similar but never exactly the same. First a male voice says they are calling for...and then a female computer sounding voice says an unintelligible name or rattles off a series of meaningless numbers. Then the male voice instructs you to cal their office because supposedly your name and social security number have been recently used on the Internet. They never identify themselves or their company. What a scam.

Yes, they keep calling my job line leaving the message with a female computerized spitting out a made up number saying my email and social security number has been used over the internet.
I know that's a lie so I deleted the voice message,
Same here! Male voice with misc numbers then says my name/email and SS# used on internet. Then asks you to call them. They never identify what company they represent. Total BS!
This happened to me today. Same message. When they called a swcond time I answered it. It was a crazy story of them looking for a phony named person. When I wouldn't give my name the lady got hostile.
