Received a call from 504-517-1981. Caller ID shows "OUT OF AREA." Number is "spoofed." A recorded message by both a female & male voice. An obvious scam. Here is the message: "Hello, this message is intended for Anthony Marshall, Reference File number SBM26910. (female voice)

I have no idea who Anthony Marshall is. I'm sure it's trying to get people to answer, or call the number and say you have the wrong number.
