I have received numerous calls from this business over the years.
They began around 2006 where they stated I owed them a payday loan during my employment at Alberstons. I have never once been employed by Albertsons, and there is not an Albertsons chain even near the city we live in. I filed a complaint/dispute against this and they said it was all taken care of. I then would receive these calls every couple of years where they would use multiple numbers and multiple business names, never consistent. When I asked them to mail me documentation, they refused. They stated thatvtheybou communicate through email and after so many attempts they will subpoena you by serving a judgment at your place of residency or a judgment. I have not received either of these things. They only resort to that threat after they try to "assist you by paying them directly and resolving the matter" and you decline.

If you are called by this number and told that it is "Division of Processing" - please do not fall for this scam. They called and said that we had an old payday loan.. We checked with contacts at our bank - just to make sure that there had not ever been any evidence of anyone else using our account. Of course there was nothing there at all. I am not 100% sure how these people got my info but they are 100% scammers.
They WILL sound legit to anyone that isn't in the business but do not fall for them. They said they represent "Midland" but when I contacted Midland they had no record of anything and when I provided the numbers to Midland they said it was none of their partners. Also called me from 985-503-7600
The same company called me also. When you call back it says "Division of Processing", however, the company name is Compliant Risk Management (CRM). He claimed they are not a collection agency and that they "process summons for defendants to appear in court". He could not mail or email me any documentation regarding my so called debt. They called from 504-517-5681 but gave me 225-224-7236 x 3016 to call back. I spoke to a Justin Cole and a Candice Jones. This company is not registered with the BBB nor has any information online. I reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. Definately a scam!

I got a call today from the same number. But the name of the company is different. His name was Avery Davidson from a division of processing. Number was 225-224-7236 ext. 3022.
I got a call today from a person calling themselves as Avery Davidson. He said I had a payday loan unpaid from 2011 from Mesa financial. He called from this number 225-224-7236. He said he work for division of processing and that they where coming after me for bank fraud and all kinds of charges. Once I started asking a lot of questions he began to back track in his words. But offered a settlement. Once I told him he was scum and a scam he hung the phone up
