if you go online and type in Goldman and associates there are several different businesses. in different states. some say law firms and some say drs. and some say real estate agencies. so who knows who these people are.
It's a girlfriend and boyfriend team doing this. They spoof new phone numbers every 5 days. Impossible to catch. It's beyond annoying as I never had a payday loan.
I received a phone call at my job and at my home from this same number stating that a lawsuit was being filed against me. The phone call at work was a recording with a mans voice. They also left a number 504-535-5586. No one answered that number, it says to leave a message. I have not lived in Louisiana in 11 years and I don't know how they got my name and number. The 504-535-5586 number shows on google as a Nextel Communications Company in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. I've never had phone service with Nextel or Sprint. I hope whoever theses people are get caught and arrested for harassing people.
I called this number again today and at first I was put on hold a few times so, I hung up and called back. A Man answered and said his name was John White and that the name of the company was Goldman and Associates.
This number called me today and left a recorded message with the incorrect persons name stating 2 files were going to be charged against me etc. I called back and was told rudely to hold by two different women. i hung up called back, same thing. I'm going to assume its a scam and block the number.
