I have been receiving calls (2 - 3 per day) since July 14, 2017, from (504) 605-04 or 05__. The last two digits vary, making it impossible to end them by just blocking the calls on my cell. I have called the numbers back from my landline to verify they are all coming from the same telemarketer, and I get the same recorded message each time, so fairly certain they are. I finally answered one yesterday. It was a live voice saying I had expressed interest in hearing aids (I did not). She kept reading her script the whole time I am telling her firmly I am not interested and to take me off their list. At some point she disconnected. No more calls after that, but 3 more this morning in the space of 2 hours.
