Who called from 5046209107

Area code from Louisiana.  Left voicemail stating they were calling for GSEP which is a bill collector for ER physicians in San Antonio.

This number is from vonage and I believe it is a scam to steal identity. I received a voicemail to call back and given a reference number. I did not. I also received a call last month from an alleged medical bill collector and spoke with a man who had a very thick foreign accent but was with a different number. Unfortunately I am in somebody's database
