Called at 9:15am on a Tuesday. They left a message asking for someone whose name was barely intelligible, and only a file number was mentioned (read: debt collector). The caller had left a phone number to be reached at: 888-678-9006. I called the 504 number back after-hours and a generic message said to call back during normal business hours; it mentioned no company name or anything. However, after staying on the line, it began ringing again and I reached a voicemail box, which identified them as Asset Recovery Solutions.
A debt collector, indeed. And probably a third-string one like the other company with "Recovery Solutions" in their name.

Third time they have called. I answered with our company name. Man on line just kept saying "hello". I asked if i could hep him, and he hung up. Worthless
