i no longer live in new orleans and have no friends with new orleans #s. i ignored the call instantly...they called back 4 more times...i let it go to voicemail a twice no message left.  once they stopped calling i googled the # and found out it was this...

My cell phone announces who is calling, be it a name (that is listed in my contacts) or the number. It announced the number, did not ring, no message left, deleted the number from missed calls. I am only assuming that it is a robocall or spam.

Got a call on my cell phone today, rang twice & hung up, left no msg.  I'm on the Do Not Call List!  Blocked this number

rang twice and they hung up...looks like a scam call!
