George called and said from Electrical Education Center in Tempe, Az and they would fix all energy problems free including lights, windows for FREE because of money from state & fed energy project.  Also mentioned Sam,Tony & James

They've called me repeatedly although I've explained I have solar. They are rude and cut you off when you try to respond.

Energy education center?!  Please...give me a break.  Rude people trying to scam people into some solar deal or something of the sort.  How does anyone fall for this?!?!
