Someone called me from this number as well. I didn't answer it and they left a message. it was a foreign woman claiming to be an IRS officer. and requested that I call back immediately. so I called back and the same woman answered the phone. She said that the IRS was filing a suit against me for unpaid taxes. I told the woman she is crazy this is the first I have heard of this. She then asked me well do you pay your taxes? I said yes I do every single year. and she said well I suggest you get a lawyer. do you have a lawyer? I said as a matter of fact I do so why don't you send me the paper work for this suit and ill gladly give it him. and then she proceeds to tell me that she cant send me anything until I verify my info and that this is a recorded line and not to interrupt her until she is finished talking blah blah blah. At that moment I interrupted her and asked to speak to someone I could understand. and she said what you don't speak English. I said yes I do but obviously you cant speak it very well. she then called me a B**** and hung up.
