Carpet cleaning, recording starts by saying you have a current relationship with this company which is totally bogus.

According to another user, just about all the cleaning service calls in the DC Metro area originate from an outfit called Bluekeel in Leesburg, VA. http://www.bluekeel.com/new_site/contact.cfm

Interesting.  Looks like they are just begging for a TCPA lawsuit.

We bloody well refuse to pickup any robo calls .  If they don't have the bollix to give a name---they must be bloody terrible carpet cleaners! BLOCKED.
