Update: called back and YES it is a telemarketer. "Your google business listing may be expired...." Google does not EVER make robo calls, nor do they charge any business to be listed in their search engine. SCAM.
They call my place of business constantly and the caller id says V52510060100198 - what the heck kind of caller id is that? I never answer and they never leave a message, so clearly a telemarketer.
