I received a call from this number saying that it was a guy from papa johns, asking if i had ordered a pizza. I have never ordered a pizza from a papa johns in northern va. I do not know how they got my number.
I know this guy. He's and RU student that works at the Papa John's in Radford but is from Norther Virginia. He was probably just calling you about your pizza order. I hope this helps.
