This is yet another greedy collection agency that will keep calling incessantly even if its for a debt from someone that previously had your phone number years and years ago.  Thats why they keep calling my number over and over again.  They don't even bother to check with the phone company to see if the person they're looking for is at the number on their list.  They just keep calling and calling no matter what.  The government needs to shut these collection agencies down.
