These folks are veey disrespectful. I answer the phone and confirm that it is I. Because I ask why do you need my information. Now I'm rude and they hang up on me. Call back and ask why once more and once again the call is ended by them. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and no one would connect me. I feel like it was in fear of being in trouble.How do you expect to get anything accomplished.
