"Robert Arena" has called several times on behalf of Global. Will not identify themselves, so I did some research, thanks to sites like these, and unearthed their company. They use phone numbers assigned by Broadview Communications out of Haymarket, VA. No doubt, not his real name.
This number is from Global Services. They use an outbound dialer to play a generic message to connect to an agent for some unspecified reason. I would assume they are a collection company or just phishing for your identity.
This is a collection agency calling and looking to get you to pay past debt. Be careful as they may not have a legal cliam. Ask for documentation to be mailed to you about any dept and seek legal advice. Do not not say that you accept their cliam of past debt becuase it may not be yours and if you accept it, then you are liable.
