Received the call from this number with the same claim as above, IRS tax file on SS#, arrest warrant, etc.  Called the number from an throwaway phone and someone did answer with a heavy foreign accent.  Wanted to know what my phone number was called.  I did not give it to him.  He asked if I got a phone call or message.  I said "message".  He put me on hold and then disconnected.  I called back, and it actually sounded like the same guy, but this time he answered " IRS something, something".  COMPLETE SCAM

Same Scam as above.  A message comes on which  claims they are IRS and there is an arrest warrant relative to my taxes.
I hung up and did not call the number.   Do not call!
