Spoofed robo-calling Northern Virginia number, on a tie-line, misrepresented as IFCJ on Caller Id. The real IFCJ is a legitimate registered charity, located in Chicago IL, which insists it does not use tie-lines, spoofed numbers or robo-callers. It is suspected that the perps behind the (571) number are part of a vast Northern Virginia ring using fraudulent telephone solicitations for a variety of phony charities, with their call center based in hell. For example, they have called soliciting for five different breast cancer organizations, political causes, gun control, vacations, etc. Despite being blocked, the dummies behind the robo-callers still call seven days a week. Shame on them.
