Someone called, kept quiet .. no message, no heavy breathing.
Could be a political candidate?

I got a call from the same number. I didn't pick up but now I'm curious what it was

Called 3 times in the last 4 days leaving no voicemail when i dont pickup,and no answer when i do.

I keep getting calls from this number. No one says anything. No one picks up and it goes straight to voicemail when i call back. They left a  silent 1 sec voicemail on my phone when i didnt pick up. Who is this!?
