Got five calls in a row from this number today (thus far). Caller ID shows up as 'Roger Palacios'. When I Goggle'd the name, a lot of information came up, but nothing related to the phone number. It's either a dead guy, a herassing charity for some cop, or this kid on Facebook. Annoying no matter what.
