Call came across as from "WSNGTNZN08 VA", which is a Telco central office Rate Center code for Arlington VA.   For grins, I called it back, but prefaced the number with *67 to block MY caller ID.  Automated voice answered saying "Sorry we missed you -- we were calling about the upcoming election. "  BLOCKED
