Been getting calls from this number for about 4 months now; they don't leave a message if I don't pick up. I've answered a couple times to talk to them, but the voice on the other end is speaking Spanish. Sometimes a recording, other times a real person who seems un-responsive to my English - can't get them to stop calling! How annoying and obnoxious!
