These #'s have been calling me for the last two months for no reason. We do not own and have not owned a Capital One card for years. We also have had a AAA credit rating for the last 20 years! A "cease and desist letter" has been sent via cerified return receipt to the CEO of NCO (whatever they call themselves) whose name is Michael J. Barrist at the Horsham, Pa.,address. Since none of these #'s are 800 or 866 #'s, I actually gave his Co.,the benefit of the doubt by letting him know that I am also aware of the fact there are frauds out there who use Caller ID spoofing, and these #'s have been reported to proper authorities as well.
