Got this call the other night and actually no phone number appeared on my phone. Left number about Officer Miller. Didn't say who it was for. Just left phone number indicating that it was for his division and that if I didn't call back about this time sensitive call then - good luck.

I think this is a scam, but going to see if my lawyer can check this out.
I called the guy and he started abusing in Hindi i guess. Later he started ti abuse in english :) lolz
You'll be getting a lot more as these Indian scammers know it is a TAX season...
The guy who left 2 messages on my phone had a Southern accent. Area code 571 is in Northern Virginia. Area code 703 was close to exhaustion due to the proliferation of cell phones, fax machines, and pagers, as well as northern Virginia's explosive growth. The supply of available numbers was further limited since, as mentioned above, northern Virginia is part of the Washington LATA. To solve this problem, area code 571 was introduced on March 1, 2000, as an overlay for 703. Area code 571 serves most new telephone numbers; while it is primarily associated with mobile telephone lines. Obama should cut this guy's throat!!
I called them back and a lady with proper american accent responded "This is IRS inquiry line. What name and number you are calling about."
It was rather suspicious that there was a lot of people taking on the phone in closed proximity to her all with Indian accent.
I could hear multiple male voices all speaking with Indian accent.
I asked her what division she is working for and who officer Miller is to which she responded " Sorry to bother you. This is wrong number"
