Called my cellphone on 6/ 23/2017 @ 9:30 AM and CID displayed 571-281-7977 and as usual, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. I don't know anybody who resides in VA and didn't bother to answer the phone. I don't answer my phone from #'s I don't know regardless who is calling. Number has been blocked permanently.
