Heather calls me all the time. Have to block her every time but it's futile.

Did not answer and no voice mail left.  Spammers and Scammers burning up my cell phone day and night.  Do Not Call Registry is a joke.  No punishment for these people whatsoever.  Blocked and added to the hundreds of other in my phone already.
