Who called from 5712999621

This phone number called me, i picked up and then they hung up. Area code is from virginia.

I just had the same thing happen.  The call was made to my cell number which is not listed publically so far as I know.  I did not answer the phone, no message was left and when I tried calling the number a recording told me the mailbox was full.
