Same, ranging once & hung up.

Phone rings - I don't answer calls of numbers that I'm not familiar with or not stored in my address book.  Calls all the time, but never leaves a message.  Will be blocking yet another number.

I receive calls from this number several times a day, there is just silence on the other end so I hang up, sometimes I don't answer but they continue to call. I have a list of other numbers that does the same thing.

The phone number and the name they once gave Need to be reported to Authorities, I can't imagine them not being able to track down the source.

Except the number is likely spoofed by overseas scammers so the authorities can't track them down.
