Receive numerous calls per day/week. They don't leave a message. I am on the "do not call" registry. I filed a complaint with the FCC (not sure what good that will do.)
These [***] call 3 times a day, and have been calling my cell phone for the past 6 months. I've unsubscribed and added my number to the do not call list at least a dozen times. They won't stop calling no matter what I do. I've given their info to the FCC in hopes that our government can stop this harassment, but this is America, and the owner of this phone number has prevented consumer protection with their wads of dollar bills. Lets bring an end to this [***], lets find this company and sue the pants off of everyone involved! I will be answering all future calls from this number in order to disclose their identity to Anonymous.
They called my cell # (which is on the DO Not Call list for what it's worth. When I answered there was a pause then a chirpy female voice "Hi! This is Alison from Security Promotions. How are you today?" (As if they really give a hoot). I didn't answer as I felt that it was a virtual machine speaking to me. "Alison" then hung up.
This is getting annoying. After telling them to stop calling me at least 3 times, I called the number back and let the "Hello, to block the number that called you, press 1" play 3 times, hoping to get someone if I held on long enough. The quality of the audio degraded after the third time, and then it automatically hung up. Next step, I'll push every button except 1, and then I'll see if I can speak to a person.
