Showed as a Fairfax number. Called @ 3:02pm  on 8/16.  Didn't leave voice mail. I called back and it takes you directly to a voice message "press 1 to be placed on the Do Not Call List , press 2 to leave a voice message".  No indication of the individual, business, or service that it is.
