This is Portfolio Recovery, a collection agency. They are scum of the earth, kicking the poor when they are down. Collecting on people who couldn't pay medical bills. Taking them to court and suing them over $1,700. Paying their lawyers more than that to even bring the case to court. Bunch of spineless useless bags of skin wasting oxygen.
