Received a call from this number @ 8:36 pm August 1, 2017. It was locked but the call still came through. I am on the national do not call list. The person who called had an accent which I believe was spanish. After I said I did not want to buy anything if they were trying to sell something, I hung up.

Call came in at 9:01pm, which is just one minute past their tsr allowed times(8am thru 9pm). Lots of background noise. Calling from something something resort - timeshare crap. Told him he was past calling hours and they hung up. Return call is to a dead number so probably using VOIP.
