Your absolutely right. It's the "Lisa (or Julie or Andrew or Rachel) with Rewards Redemption" SCAM.  You’ll be told they have a gift card for you (usually $100) for visiting one of their sponsors sites recently.  Later on you’ll be asked for your credit card number to cover fees.  It’s a big SCAM.  Block it.  If you want to have fun with them, ask them to take the processing fee out of the cards and just send you the remainder.
