Who called from 5713253656

Just got a called I asked who it was 3 times sounds like a recording of a girl saying It's Ashley  with some company called Publishers Service. She said can you hear me? I said how did you get my number ? Then she hung up.

I am a member of the do not call registry and continually are getting calls.  Anyone know how to stop them, short of changing my cell phone number?

One way would be to tell 1 by 1 to stop calling but in the long run changing your phone number would be an immediate solution.

I have gotten 3 today just to start with...But it's not the first time.

If you have an iPhone, it gives you ability to block numbers, my block list is growing!
