Called them back...Bank of America collection agency.
I found out later that this number caused an international charge on my cell phone bill despite going to Northern Virginia area. Does anyone suspect that it was re-routed to cause an international charge as a way for the collection agency to earn a bit more money?
This number showed up on my cell phone bill. Showed incoming call 7mins. Which I didnt get charged for. Then 2 out going calls. One for 9 mins. $17.91 and second 18 mins $35.82. Bringing the total to $53.73! I dont remember ever recieving this call or making them. I googled this area code showed Virginia. My bill showed Colombia.Which I was charged for a International call. My phone company is researching this info. Take 72 hrs. I found this website and here I am. Very pissed. I am not paying for something I didnt do.
Got this number from a voice mail left at midnight last night. Accent was difficult to understand and person mentioned code combinations. Thought it might be work related, but I have nothing to do with code combinations. Still don't know if it was work related or not, but nothing I can do about it now.
