This number text me in New Orleans trying to buy a car from me, same story as 3 others today. They are not local and will buy a car sight unseen thru Pay Pal. These are the most pathetic pieces of scum of the earth preying on good people trying to sell a legitimate item. Why can't FBI set up stings on these bottom feeders???? If anyone knows how to report this please advise.

Just texted me from a craigslist ad wanting me to open paypal acct.. Was very uneasy since he wanted to send me lots of money on boat sight unseen and no firm plan of taking ownership. Definetely scammer.
