This call came through threatening me about legal action that had been filed against me, never mentioned my name, my county or anything specific. It was obviously bogus. Very frustrating! Kept telling me to be prepared to pay legal fees and serve time in jail. I did not answer this call, they left this message on my machine.
Received a call from 571-339-3011, claiming to be from the IRS, regarding this Tax fraud stuff. He closed the call by saying "God Bless" so obviously not an official call. FYI, the my tax account confirms that the IRS only does official business via mail.

•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
