Received a call today from this number 571 339 3015. calling from a similar number as a previously well known phone scammer (That called from 571 339 3014). These are phone numbers from foreign countries using VOIP to mask themselves as US Numbers.

This number left a robo call threatening to potentially arrest me if I didn't call back, and advised me to contact an attorney should I choose not to call back. I called back out of curiosity and the person who picked up was a foreign sounding man who immediately identified as "Internal Revenue Service" and asked for my name. I questioned his legitimacy and insisted he was not calling from a real Government number and that is when this man got aggressive. I than hung up and blocked a number, I also filed a report with TIGTA.(http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml)

Please if you get a call from this or a similar number impersonating the IRS or law enforcement, report it immediately to the FTC and the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (www.treasury.gov/tigta).
