Recieved an email from [email protected] that I would be arrested if I don't pay a pay day loan and the telephone number is (571) 339-9271 I tryed calling and the guy sounded like he was from India I could understand him I hung up and they called back but didn't say anything idk never had this happen

Emails, phone calls, faxes & texts are NOT official notification.  Demand written proof of this supposed "debt" mailed to you.

You will not be arrested even if you did owe money.  Debt is a civil matter.

I received a call this number & was told it was a wrong number. The voicemail received said I have a lawsuit against I need my attorney to contact them.

Phone calls and emails from a Edward Parker saying I owe on a loan and it will be reported to my employer and I will face arrest if not paid in 24 hours.  At the bottom of the email the name Officer Richard Parker is listed with the number 5713399271.
