I recieved the same call too. They left a 3 second voice mail and nobody was speaking but the background noise sounded like it was coming from some building or office, there were people speaking in the background.
Loud music playing when I answered- the person sat quiet on the other end waiting for me to say hello. When I didn't say anything they hung up on about 2 mins.
