How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

I missed a call from this number at the same time as one got through the caller ID says Falls Church, VA.  I don't know anyone in Falls Church Virginia with my cell phone number but when I answered there was no answer and an open line. I hung up and blocked the number
