This is the Activation number for the Google voice service. Someone is trying to activate their Google voice account and telling Google to call your number during the verification process.
I just received a call as well. On my work phone. I answered, but told them they have the wrong number. No offense to anyone, but sounded like the SAME middle eastern guy that calls from a bunch of different numbers, and scam calls.
I got a call from them today at 9:05 PST. On my phone is says they are from VA, USA. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. I've been getting alot of calls, from alot of numbers saying it's from VA, USA. They never leave a message. They calls started March 1st.
