Scam call from a telemarketing fundraiser. Would not take "no" for an answer, so just hung up on them. From nearby Oakton VA, which I why I answered it.
telemarketer for Faternal Order of Police....male caller asked "Is Carmen there?" its a recording not a live person...i typically don't answer calls I don't know but this one woke me up and I thought it was a call i was expecting...they do leave messages if you don't answer ..all have been by a male caller with a deep voice asking "is Carmen there? hello, anyone there?" then they hang-up.
